I don't know who did this, but some dude (or dudette) decided to make a petition to change the National Anthem to R. Kelly's Ignition (Remix). At first I thought whoever came up with this reeked of idiotardedness...but after reading the actual proposal, I'm still cleaning snot off my face from laughing so hard.
