You've heard by now that over the weekend, country singer and former Celebrity Rehab star Mindy McCready gave into her demons and committed suicide.

You know me as a total wiseass, but I can recognize really sad events and anytime this happens, it's a terrible thing. All I'm going to say is that there ARE people out there who will be there for you if you need help and to talk to someone, and you're NEVER alone.
