Justin Bieber was in Charlotte, NC for a show on Tuesday, but holy freakin' drama-fest he had before that! He hit a local gym before his show, and according to a radio host named Collette Harrington, she asked him for a pic/autograph, and Biebs said no.

After that, she said Bieber and his clan were making of the way she works out for the rest of her workout. And when she wasn't looking, either Bieber or someone he was with spit right in her water bottle...then she drank it after!!
