So Jacob Cox-Brown lives in Oregon. He's 18. He has a Facebook. And now he's in jail because of a boneheaded post he put up about his late-night New Year's Eve antics.

Turns out someone who is friends with Jacob actually sent this post to the local police dept, who happened to be investigating a hit-and-run accident from late New Year's Eve.

Some people really, REALLY should be banned from Facebook. And Twitter. And being allowed to leave their homes.
