When it's a slow news day, you can always count on Lindsay Lohan doing something stupid. LiLo is ONE day away from having her probation revoked for lying to the police during her car accident back in June.

Basically here's the deal -- if the judge rules Lindsay violated probation, she's gonna be hanging with some big chick named Shirley for 8 months in jail.

Although considering she dated Samantha Ronson for a minute, she might not mind that too much. (Not that there's anything wrong with that!)
