Demi Lovato got inked for the THIRTEENTH time over the weekend -- and Lucky 13 was tattooed on her by the one and only Kat Von D!
I totally dig it. Kat Von D does AWESOME work -- look at the detail in the birds (and they're pretty small, too. That's TOUGH to do!)
What do you think? And what tattoos would you get/do you have and why? I rock a grasshopper on my forearm for my grandfather...totally want more too. SO addicting!
