Man died as a result of a punch over a spilled drink. Man sentenced to a minimum of 10 and a half years in prison for causing the death.
A man who once bragged about throwing a punch which caused a man's death is going to prison. Zachary O'Neil was sentenced to a minimum of 10 and a half years behind bars as part of a plea bargain on Thursday. Prosecutors say that he punched Joshua Krantz in a bar in Portsmouth last year over a spilled drink. Krantz went home that died and died in his sleep from the injuries. In court, the judge called O'Neil a bully, and as part of his sentence, he must reimburse the victim's family for funeral expences.
