PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (AP) - Police have issued an arrest warrant for a New Hampshire man charged in a dance-floor assault of another man who later died.
Police on Tuesday were looking for 24-year-old O'Neil of Dover, who's charged with first-degree assault.
Twenty-four-year-old Joshua Krantz of Dover was found dead in his apartment Saturday.
He was at The Page restaurant in Portsmouth and was repeatedly struck in the head on the lower-level dance floor at about Saturday. Police said the assault doesn't appear to have been provoked and doesn't appear to have involved a weapon. Krantz didn't seek medical treatment.
The cause of death was a fractured skull resulting in an acute epidural hematoma. The manner of death is to be determined by the state medical examiner's office.
