NH Bureau of Securities Regulation is warning not to risk an internet investment scheme which promises “risk-free” gains
CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - The New Hampshire Bureau of Securities Regulation is warning the public not to risk an internet investment scheme that promises “risk-free” gains.
Regulators say the scam is offered by Inter Reef Limited under the business name “Profitable Sunrise.”
Profitable Sunrise and its owners _ Roman and Radoslave Novak _ have been the subject of enforcement actions by at least half a dozen states.
New Hampshire Securities Director Barry Glennon said Tuesday that the firm's offer of risk-free gains of near 3 percent per day falls into the too-good-to-be-true category.
Investors in several states reported being instructed to wire money to questionable bank accounts in Eastern Europe. They also say they were promised money to recruit other investors.
