Amherst Board of Selectmen explain the paid administrative leave of town administrator Jim O'Mara

James O'Mara will return from his paid administrative leave effective January 17, 2013.  Amherst Board of Selectmen apologized for the perceived secrecy surrounding O'Mara's leave and cited that state law prohibited them from publicly discussing personal matters.
