Rockingham Court Evacuated After Bomb Threat

The building was evacuated at about 9 a.m. as officials evaluated the threat.

The Rockingham County Superior Court in Brentwood was evacuated Tuesday morning after a bomb threat.

The building was evacuated at about 9 a.m. as officials evaluated the threat.

County Attorney Jim Reams said the threat appears to be a hoax. He said people are expected to be let back in the building at about 10:30 a.m.

Officials are investigating the incident.
