Boy suffered several bruises, severe burns
PLAISTOW, N.H. — Police in Plaistow are looking for a mother and her live-in boyfriend regarding life-threatening injuries inflicted upon a 3-year-old boy.
The child has bruises all over his body, severe burns and showed signs of head trauma, police said.
"He has significant bruising -- blisters on his fingers," Plaistow Police Department Lt. William Baldwin said.
Officials at Exeter Hospital said they reported the child's injuries last Wednesday after his mother and her boyfriend dropped the child off, saying he had self-inflicted wounds.
