Owner talks public beach access at Sander's Poynt

RYE — Bill Binnie, owner of the Wentworth by the Sea Country Club, sounded off Tuesday on the issue of public beach access at Sander's Poynt following the installation of a fence and landscaping at the golf club.

"We just got fed up with the litter, with the dog waste, and with all the points of friction that we experienced the last summer or two," Binnie said in a phone interview with the Portsmouth Herald.
