Extremely cold temperatures continued for the fourth day this week. According to Fosters.com, shelters have opened due to the increase in the amount of people seeking protection from the cold. Warming centers have been opened but there have been no emergency centers established so far. Temperatures are not expected to increase much over the weekend.
